We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every crystal piece. Below are our specific policies:
Which items are eligible for return?
Our bracelets, necklaces, and most crystal products can be returned within 30 calendar days of receiving your package (excluding sale items or products clearly marked "non-returnable"). Due to the natural characteristics of crystals and limited availability, certain rare crystals cannot be returned. Relevant details can be found at the bottom of each product page.
Special Note: To make your holiday shopping easier, items ordered between November 20 and December 25 each year enjoy an extended return deadline until January 31 of the following year.
Which items are non-returnable?
All earrings, bath and body products, aromatic sprays, candles, and energy cleansing tools (such as sage bundles, incense sticks, resins, etc.) are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

· Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
· Expedited service fees are non-refundable.
· Orders over $200 will incur an 8% restocking fee.
· Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
